This is where my culinary journey began.
These posts are a "Time Capsule" of recipes and stories dating back to 2005. They are raw, nostalgic, and filled with the simple joy of cooking from my early years in Hong Kong. While my techniques and kitchen have evolved over the decades, these "gems" remain the foundation of everything I create today at Yves Kitchen.
